Make hotel reservations before you register for the convention. To redeem the discount, enter your hotel confirmation number in the registration form and enter promo code HOTEL100 in the payment section. The confirmation number is found in the confirmation email sent by the hotel upon your reservation.

What's Included in My Registration?

Exhibitor registration tickets include:

  • One delegate registration with full access to all speakers, educational sessions, and food/beverages at the social/meal functions
  • An exhibit booth space with back and side wall drapes, measuring ten feet by ten feet (10’x10’) in a carpeted ballroom
  • One six-foot skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Booth signage featuring your company name
  • Company featured on TICA's website and convention mobile app
  • Access to the attendee list with contact information
  • Unlimited networking opportunities! 

Exhibitors also have the opportunity to be featured in a welcome video that is played for all attendees on the second day of the convention. A videographer will come to your booth during set-up time to record your company's one-minute plug, so come prepared. Inclusion in the welcome video is optional. View a past exhibitor video.


What's NOT Included in My Registration:

A/V, electricity, internet, and additional booth accessories such as furniture and graphics must be ordered through the exhibitor management company. Exhibitor contacts will receive an email with your portal login information after the early bird deadline.

If you need to rent a freezer and/or fridge to store your products, the following TICA members may be able to help:

Important Dates & Exhibitor Information
  • Friday, October 10: Deadline to book your hotel reservation at The Wigwam
  • Monday, October 20: Deadline to make changes to exhibitor representatives in attendance.
  • Tuesday, November 4: Exhibitor check-in and set-up, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM | 1-min. exhibitor introduction videos filmed at booths.
  • Wednesday, November 5: Exhibit Hall Networking & Luncheon, 11:50 AM - 3:00 PM  | Tear-down, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM | All exhibit hall materials must be off the floor by 6:00 PM. Exhibitors may not tear-down prior to 3:00 PM.

Transferring name badges on-site is not permitted. If there is a change to a current registrant, this must be communicated via email to The Ice Cream Association Headquarters no later than October 20. No one will be allowed in and out of the exhibit hall without a valid registrant badge. Security will be on-site checking badges.

The attendee list will be included in the “Know Before You Go” email communication, which is distributed to all registrants with valid email addresses one week prior to the event. CHECK YOUR SPAM! The attendee list is provided to all registrants in PDF format and does not include opt-outs or EU Citizens due to GDPR regulations. The Ice Cream Association does not provide registrant lists by request or in any other format.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to The Ice Cream Association Headquarters. Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 29, 2025 unless the event is cancelled by The Ice Cream Association. 

Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.
