All Annual Convention delegate registration tickets are eligible for a $100 discount for staying at The Wigwam. To redeem the discount, enter your hotel confirmation number in the convention registration form and enter promo code 'HOTEL100' on the payment section. Your hotel confirmation number is found in the confirmation email sent by the hotel upon making your reservation.

This rate is available while vacancy lasts or until the deadline of October 10, 2025. The group rate is available from Sunday, November 2 - Saturday, November 8.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Hotel requires a refundable deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of the reservation. Guest must cancel by contacting The Wigwam by 6:00 p.m., three (3) days prior to arrival date.
Location and Travel Information
The Wigwam is located in Litchfield Park, a suburb of Phoenix approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix known for its small-town charm, many recreational activities, historical buildings, and landmarks. Get directions.
Air Travel: The Wigwam is 25 miles away from Sky Harbor International Airport, which is about a 45-minute drive. The resort recommends using a ride-share company or giving the staff of the resort a call at 623-935-3811 to schedule a car service.
Rental Cars: The Rental Car Center at Sky Harbor International is located within its own building at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South. Visit the airport website for list of rental car companies. The PHX Sky Train® is free and provides transportation between terminals and the Rental Car Center.
Parking: Valet and self-parking at The Wigwam are included in the $267/night Group rate.
Area Weather: In early November, Phoenix enjoys mild and pleasant weather, making it an ideal time for outdoor activities. Expect daytime highs around 75–85°F (24–29°C) with cooler evenings dipping to 50–60°F (10–16°C). The skies are generally clear, with very little chance of rain.
