All 2026 Ice Cream Summit attendees who have a room reservation at The Vinoy for at least two nights will receive $100 OFF their final hotel bill upon check-out. Only one $100 hotel discount may be applied per room, regardless of the number of occupants. The hotel reservation name must match the Summit registration name.

The deadline to book your hotel room at the group rate is Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM eastern time or while vacancy lasts.

LIMITED discounted rooms are available on fringe days (October 31, November 1 and 5). Book early as the room block will sell out. Bookings must be made using the TICA BOOKING LINK below or by calling the hotel at 1-727-894-1000 and requesting the TICA group rate.

NOTE: If you receive a message from the booking link saying there are no rooms available, try adjusting your arrival and/or departure date. If the block is sold out on a certain night that you selected, the search will show that no rooms are available. If you have questions, call the hotel directly.

Please note that TICA does not have a room block at either of these hotels, so availability and rates may vary.

TICA hotel guests receive the following resort amenities:

• Complimentary high-speed internet access in guest rooms
• Access to wellness classes (1 hour/2 persons per day)
• Access to tennis courts, including rackets and balls (90 minutes/2 persons per day)
• Two complimentary specialty cocktails per stay at either the Veranda or Paul's Landing
• E-bike rentals (2 one-hour rentals per day, based on availability)

Hotel Reservation Modifications:
To modify your hotel reservation, visit the TICA Booking Link, click on the three lines at the top right, and click on MANAGE RESERVATIONS. You will be required to enter your hotel confirmation or acknowledgment number. 

Cancellations and Early Departure Fees:
The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club typically requires cancellations to be made at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Reservations require a credit card guarantee, and early departures are charged for the full stay.

TICA does not use third-party organizations to book hotel rooms for our events. If you receive any emails or calls from outside companies claiming to handle hotel bookings for the 2026 Ice Cream Summit, please ignore them - these are spam and not authorized by our association. Always book your accommodations directly through the official links provided on our website.

The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club (501 5th Ave NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701) is located in downtown St. Petersburg along the scenic waterfront. 

Hotel Parking:  Valet parking is available at the prevailing rate of $50 USD overnight. 

Airports: 

• Tampa International Airport (TPA) — approximately 19.5 miles (25–30 minutes by car)

• St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) — approximately 12 miles.

Getting From the Airport to the Vinoy:  

• The resort does not provide a shuttle.  Rideshare, taxi, or rental cars are available options.  
• Driving:  View directions in Google Maps. The resort is in downtown St. Petersburg along the scenic waterfront.
• Rideshare (Uber/Lyft):
• Average rideshare cost from TPA is typically in the $40–50 range.
• After baggage claim, follow signs to the Blue Express Curbside or Red Express Curbside. Request your ride in the Uber or Lyft app first. It will show the exact door number. Exit through that door and wait outside for your driver.
